Our roots trace back to 2018, when we began as a home maintenance company serving the Los Angeles community. After building expertise and trusted relationships, we officially became 1st Home Construction Corp—a licensed General Building Contractor—in March 2020. While many businesses struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw an opportunity to prove our commitment and capability.
Our defining moment came when we secured and successfully completed a landmark $350,000 project for Qualcomm Inc.—demonstrating that quality work never stops, regardless of challenges. This project set the standard for everything we do: meticulous attention to detail, transparent communication, and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction.
Today, we continue to serve Los Angeles County with the same values that guided our first project: faith, integrity, and expert craftsmanship.
